It has a population about 400000, and out of that 6000 are foreigners. A: Are there many Australians there because they are friendship cities? B: Yes, specially from Camden because of the ties. A: I see, what sort of atmosphere does Kashiwa city have? B: Well in Japanese we call it a "bedroom town". Basically, this implores that many people live there, but don't engage in work there. A: I see, that's an interesting term for it. How do I get to Kashiwa city? B: Well, it's pretty close to Tokyo. You can easily take the JR's Joban line, or take the Tobu noda line or the Tsukuba express line. I recommend the JR because it's not as complicated as the others.
